- Upon reaching anniversary year with Team San Diego
(whichever occurs first)
- After (3) closed transactions, agent will revert to an 85/15 split (until cap - then 100% commission) with a $950, $750 or $550 Transaction Fee to Team San Diego
(depending on selected cap amount)
Producing Agent:
Available to agents with (3) or more closed transactions.
Annual Cap:
Maximum dollar amount agent pays to brokerage through commission. Resets on anniversary date.
(Transaction + E&O fees do not count towards annual cap)
Fees:
All fees are subject to change. Minimum 10% team split, based on production.
Post-Cap Fees:
- $285 Post Cap Transaction Fee to Real Brokerage
- $30 E&O (covers broker review, professional liability insurance and processing)
- Team San Diego Transaction Fee (varies based on selected cap amount)
